First confirm the terminal your ship uses and its all-aboard time. Do not treat the Kaleiçi marina and cruise terminal as the same departure point.
Start from the actual terminal
Antalya covers a broad stretch of coast. Leaving the ship, reaching transport, port security and queues on return all affect the time available. A planner starting from the city centre is not a substitute for a route from your actual cruise terminal.
Choose one waterfall for a short stop
Choose Upper Düden for the cave or Lower Düden for the cliff-to-sea view. Seeing both requires another transfer through the city. A single clearly chosen attraction can make the return plan more manageable during a short port call.
Plan your return to the ship first
Use the all-aboard time, not simply the scheduled departure. Do not assume a ship waits for a delayed independent excursion. Ask a tour provider for written return arrangements and responsibility. Discuss the margin for traffic or weather delays with ship staff and your transport provider.
