Corrections
If something here is wrong or out of date, write. If you can point at a source we will change the page the same day and move its check date forward.
Three things we specifically need
- A ticket. If you have been to the upper falls recently, a photograph of your ticket settles the entrance fee question. We will publish the figure with your visit date on it.
- Bus routes. Which service you actually took, from where, and whether it dropped you at the entrance.
- Accessibility. If you visited with a wheelchair or a pram, what worked and what did not.

What we cannot help with
We do not sell tickets, tours or boat trips and we have no booking system. For reservations, refunds or a group visit, contact the operator you booked with or the site management directly. We are a guide, not an agent.
Photographs
Every image on this site comes from Wikimedia Commons and is credited. If you would like your own photograph used here, uploading it to Commons under an open licence is the best route: it credits you everywhere it is used, not just here. We are happy to help with that.
