Prams and small children
The park paths take a pram. The cave path does not, and it is the part children want to do. Expect to carry, and expect the steps to be wet because the whole point of that path is that water is falling past it.
Knees, hips, heat
The upper falls are a walk on the level once you are inside. The cave section is short but the steps are uneven and slippery. In July and August the walk in has little shade, which is a bigger obstacle for many people than the steps are.
Why we published an incomplete page
Most guides skip this question entirely. Skipping it means someone in a wheelchair travels across the city and finds out at the gate. An honest partial answer, clearly marked as partial, is more useful than silence and much more useful than a confident guess.
